Accounting & Taxes: 

Finance / accounting, tax returns, budgeting / business planning, company valuation. We differ from “fiduciaries” and fiduciaries of comparable size and price class by consistent specialization: Each employee only works in the area of his competence. Cooperation with the client is flexible – we work with various cloud-based accounting systems. We take the time to understand the needs of our customers so that we can offer an optimal service. For reasons of independence, we refrain from auditing mandates.

Personnel & Insurance 

Personnel administration, insurance consulting and brokerage. Many years of specialised know-how in payroll accounting, including complex remuneration systems, withholding tax and social security issues, handling of salary payments. In the insurance sector we work as a Finma-licensed insurance broker according to a fee model. The expenses are paid on an hourly basis; all commissions etc. of the insurance company are credited in full to the customer. Thus we advise independently and the customer can freely select, how much service he wants to receive.

Legal advice:

Legal work is carried out by an independent law firm. Its lawyers are active in an advisory and forensic capacity in the important areas of Swiss and international business law. They have not only completed the usual legal careers (practical experience in law firms and courts), but have also worked in other areas and functions in business. This enables them to view the legal tasks of our clients not only from a legal point of view, but primarily from a business perspective.
